New or returning? You are warmly welcome to Online group Yoga-ease Mon @ 9am and Nia Tues @ 6pm. Step in for £8 !!!
Easing you into a sustainable level of exercise Online Nia and yoga group instruction at a therapeutic level.
Suitable for those who are recovering, living with conditions or when you just want a gentle yet effective practice.
We use music, breathing techniques, meditation, stretch and relaxation to help you feel brand new.
Yoga props you’ll need: a sturdy chair and /OR a mat (if you have one) blanket, Pillow/Towel and water
For Nia: only bare feet and water required!
Newcomers and friends from past times… You are welcome to come along to a Nia and Yoga class for £7. If you feel it makes a difference, and you enjoy it, you may choose to join us for some more. You can always book a month at a time. There’s really no obligation to commit. Just be brave… take the first step to sample our online classes. Click through to the shopping cart to save your space.
